    hi. This tunnel is just across the maclellan pedestrian bridge from the Fullerton Hotel. Cross the bridge and turn right. Just meters away. http://leolaksi.wordpress.com/2009/07/04/more-photos-along-the-singapore-river-on-a-beautiful-evening/
